The Oxford Casino is a hotel and casino in Oxford, Maine, owned and operated by Churchill Downs Inc. They brought us on board to help them design a ground-up expansion to their existing Casino in Oxford, Maine. The $25M project included a new ground up 4-story Hotel Tower adding 106 guestrooms and a new hotel lobby, casino expansion into the tower, retail, multi-function ballroom, pub, grill and a grab ‘n go.
