Erbil Towers

The design of the ground-up Erbil Towers included High Rise Hotel Condominiums, Restaurants, Convention Facilities, Retail, Spa, and an indoor Pool Complex fitted with a fitness center.
R2A & R2I provided architectural and interior design services for the Residential/Resort Tower that included the Master Planning of this property in the Middle East. The design of the residential tower featured a very ‘special’ amenity whereas elevator cores were strategically planned and designed to provide the residents with vertical transportation in the building directly to their unit. This approach is in contrast to the conventional single elevator lobby core.
The Scope of Work included the complete design of the public areas and the residential units. We were responsible for interior finishes, architectural lighting, furniture, fixtures, and accents. The public areas featured: Lobbies, Ballrooms, Fitness Centers, Spa, and Indoor aquatic spaces. The residential apartments featured unique millwork and furnishings.
